This article explains how to reschedule or postpone an upcoming appointment with Listivo® through the Customer Portal.

How to Reschedule an Appointment

Clients can reschedule their upcoming appointments as needed. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Login to your customer portal and navigate to the Orders section.

  2. Click into the specific order containing the appointment you’d like to reschedule.

  3. On the Appointment Information Card, click the Reschedule button.

  4. You’ll be redirected to a calendar page showing available time slots.

  5. Choose your preferred new date and time.

  6. Confirm the new appointment details to finalize the reschedule.

How to Postpone Appointments

Clients can postpone appointments through the Customer Portal if the new date is not yet known.

Postponing preserves your existing order, so you do not need to place a new one.

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the order you need to postpone.

  3. Scroll down and click on the Postpone button.

  4. Read the pop-up carefully.

  5. Click Postpone Appointment to confirm.

How to Cancel an Order

Clients can cancel orders through the Customer Portal if needed.

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the order you need to cancel.

  3. Scroll down and click on the Cancel Order button.

Tip: Do not cancel your order if you still intend for Listivo® to complete the media. Instead, postpone the appointment to preserve your order and reschedule for a later date.

Weather-related changes:

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions rescheduling when necessary.

  • Listivo® does not automatically reschedule appointments due to weather.

  • Weather-related reschedules may be accommodated at no cost if requested properly.

Note: Appointment status changes must be made at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee.

What Happens Next?

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • If this is a rescheduled appointment the email includes an option to add the new appointment to your calendar (Google, Outlook, iCal, etc.).
