How to Access Your Media
Once Listivo® has delivered the media content, you’ll receive an email notification. This email includes a link to the Download Center, where you can view and download everything that’s been shared. Media and content may include:
Photos
Videos
3D Tours
Property Websites
Downloading All Media
To download all or some of the content:
Click the Download button in the top right corner of the Download Center.
In the pop-up menu, choose the content types you want to download (images, videos, etc.).
Click Download Selected.
You can revisit the Download Center anytime if you need to download additional content later.
Accessing Your Downloaded Content
The files will be downloaded to your computer as a Zip file and saved in your browser’s default Downloads folder. To open your content:
Locate the Zip file on your computer.
Unzip the file (right-click and select Extract All on Windows, or double-click to open on Mac).
Open the extracted folder to view your content.
Download a Single Image
How to download a single image from your listing’s content, instead of downloading the entire image set.
If you only need one image, follow these quick steps:
Open the Download Center for the listing.
Scroll down to view the individual images.
Below each image, you'll see two options:
Download Print Quality
Download Web Quality
Click on the version you want to download.
That’s it! The image will be saved to your device.
If you're using an iPhone or iPad:
You can tap and hold on an image to view or download it to your camera roll.
If you choose “Download all”, the full image set will be saved as a Zip file in your Downloads folder.
Navigate to the Downloads folder, unzip the file, and manually add the desired images to your camera roll.
Customize Size of Images to Download
How to set and download custom-sized images in Listivo®, especially for MLS systems that require specific image dimensions.
When we upload images to Listivo®, they are available in two default formats:
Print Quality: The original uploaded image size (ideal for high-resolution prints).
Web / MLS Quality: Automatically resized to 2048 x 1536 pixels, suitable for most MLS platforms.
How to Customize Image Sizes
If your local MLS requires image dimensions different from our standard sizes, you can set custom sizes during the download process.
To download images in a custom size:
Open the listing in Listivo®.
Go to the Download Center.
Scroll to the Images section.
Click the dropdown beneath the images to enter your custom dimensions.
Uncheck both the Print Quality and Web / MLS Quality options.
Check the box next to Custom Sized Images.
Enter the desired width and height in pixels.
Click Download Images to download the custom-sized files.
Make sure to confirm the exact image size requirements from your MLS before downloading. Using the wrong size could result in upload errors or formatting issues.
Accessing Property Websites
You can copy links to the property website without downloading anything:
Click on the Property Websites section in the header.
Copy either the Branded or Unbranded version of the website.
These links are perfect for sharing on social media, MLS, or directly with clients.
Unable to Download Content?
Listivo® restricts downloads until payment is received. If you're unable to download:
Confirm your transaction has been completed.
Confirm payment
Refresh the browser and retry access
Then try accessing the download link again.
Opening a Zip File
Once you have visited the Download Center for your property, your files will be downloaded to your computer in a Zip file.
If you use a Windows operating system, follow these simple steps to get access to your files:
After you have pressed download for the content you want, open your File Explorer. Locate the Zip folder labeled with the property address.
To unzip the whole folder, right-click and press Extract All, then follow the directions given by your computer.
To unzip a single file, double click to open the zipped folder. Drag the item to a new location on your computer.
If you happen to use a Mac computer, please follow these steps below:
When you download a ZIP file, it will begin downloading at the bottom of your browser window. Once the download is complete, click the file to open it from your Downloads folder.
After opening the ZIP file, you will see folders containing your images, files, websites, and other delivered content. From there, you can drag and move these files to your Photos app or to another storage location such as an external drive or USB device.
Media Usage Rights
By booking services, customers are granted a license to use the media for marketing the specific property.
Permitted uses include:
MLS and syndication platforms
Social media
Print marketing materials
Vacation rental platforms
Customers may continue to use the media to promote their business for life.
Ownership: Listivo® retains full copyright ownership of all media.
Restrictions:
Media may not be resold, reassigned, or transferred to another party.
Media may not be reused by a new listing agent or property owner without permission.
Unauthorized use of the media constitutes copyright infringement.

By placing an order with Listivo®, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by Listivo®’s Terms of Service, including all provisions governing media ownership, copyright, and usage rights. Listivo® is not responsible for long-term file storage or data loss outside of standard access periods.
