Account Settings: Updating User Details

How to update your personal contact information, profile photo, and real estate license number in the Listivo® Customer Portal. Keeping this information current ensures your details appear correctly on property websites and other marketing materials.

Why Keeping Your Info Updated Matters

As the listing agent, your contact information is often visible to potential buyers on Property Websites and in other promotional content. Keeping your profile up to date ensures that leads can easily reach you and that you remain compliant with local MLS regulations.

How to Update Your Personal Information

  1. Log in to your Listivo® Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to Settings.​

  3. Click on User Details.

  4. Update any of the following:

    • Name​

    • Email address

    • Phone number​

    • Time zone​

    • Password ​

    • Profile photo

    • Brokerage name and logo

Add or Update Your Profile Photo

  1. In the User Details section, locate the Profile Photo field.

  2. Drag and drop your headshot into the upload area, or click to select a file from your device.​

  3. Save your changes.​

This photo will appear on property websites where your information is displayed.

Add Your Real Estate License Number

To comply with local MLS rules, you may want to display your Real Estate License Number:

  • Under User Details, add your Agent MLS/License number

Your license number will now be shown alongside your contact information on property websites.

Important Note: Any changes you make will only affect your personal profile. These updates do not impact your team members or company-wide settings.

Managing Personal Notifications

How to manage your own personal notifications and, if you are an Admin, manage which additional team members receive notifications about listing media, orders, and appointment changes.

You can specify which notifications you personally receive by following the steps below:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, click on Notification Preferences located under Personal Settings.

  2. On this page, you can Enable or Disable specific notifications from being sent to you by checking or unchecking each box.

Managing Team Notifications

If you have the Admin role on your team, you can add specific team members as additional recipients for any notifications sent your team.

Please Note: You must be an Admin on your team in order to access your team's Notifications, under Team Settings.

To manage Team Notification settings:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, click on Notifications located under Team Settings.

  2. On this page, you can assign team members to receive specific notifications by clicking Edit next to any notification type.

  3. Then scroll down to the Additional Recipients section and check the box next to each team member that you would like to receive this notification.​

This ensures the right people on your team stay informed and notified!
