Update Property Details
How to update property details on your listing including pricing, MLS number, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and more so that your property website shows buyers all of the important information they need about the property!
How to Update Property Details
Open the Listing
Navigate to your Listings dashboard and open the listing you want to edit.Expand the Property Details Section
Scroll down to the Property Details section to view all of the editable fields.
Update the Property Status
In the Property Status dropdown, select the appropriate status:
Draft
Coming Soon
For Sale
For Lease
Pending Sale
Pending Lease
Sold
Leased
Off Market
Click Save Status to apply your selection.
Update Main Property Details
You can manually enter or autocomplete details:
Click Autocomplete Details to automatically pull in public records if available.
If no records are found, simply fill in the fields manually.
Fields you can update include:
Property Price
MLS Number
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Home Sq. Ft.
Lot Acres
Parking Spots
Year Built
Property Type
Property Description
After updating, click the Update Property Details button at the bottom of the section.
Note: All details entered here will automatically appear on the branded property website.
Preview Your Changes
After saving, view the property website preview to see how the updated details appear to buyers. This allows you to double-check formatting and content accuracy before promoting the site.
FAQ
Q: What if the Autocomplete button doesn’t pull in any data?
A: Not all counties have available records. You can still enter the property details manually in each field.
Q: Will these details show up on the property website automatically?
A: Yes, any information entered in the Property Details section will appear on the corresponding property website.
Q: Do I have to save each section separately?
A: Yes, remember to click Save Status after selecting a status and Save Details after editing the main property fields.
Add Captions to Images
This article shows you how to add captions to your listing images and make sure they display correctly on your Listivo® property website. Captions help highlight key features and guide buyers as they view your photo gallery.
Step 1: Add Captions to Your Listing Images
Navigate to the Listing Page for your property in Listivo®.
Scroll down to the Images tab and click to open the uploaded images.
Below each image, you’ll see a field labeled "Enter a caption...."
Click into the text box beneath an image you'd like to caption.
Enter your custom caption.
Once you're done, click Save to apply your changes.
Step 2: Enable Captions on the Property Website
Adding captions alone doesn’t make them appear on the live site — you need to enable the setting in the Property Website Editor:
Open the Property Website Editor for your listing.
Locate and expand the Image Gallery section.
Check the box labeled Show Captions.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Note: If captions aren’t showing up on your property website, double-check that this setting is enabled!
FAQ
Q: Why don’t my captions show up on the property website after saving?
A: Make sure you’ve enabled the "Show Captions" checkbox in the Image Gallery section of the Property Website Editor.
Q: Can I edit or remove captions after I’ve added them?
A: Yes! You can go back to the Images tab at any time to update or remove image captions.
Q: Will captions display on both branded and unbranded websites?
A: Captions will display on any version of the website where the "Show Captions" setting is enabled.
Hide Images on Property Websites
How to hide images from appearing in the photo gallery on your property website. This is useful when you want to keep certain images in your listing for reference or download, but don’t want them visible on the public property web
How to Hide an Image from the Gallery
Navigate to the Listing Page for your property.
Scroll down to the Images tab.
Under each image, locate the three vertical dots.
To hide an image click “Hide in gallery”.
Once clicked, it will automatically hide the image and move the image to the bottom of the section.
How to Unhide an Image
Go back to the Images tab.
Find the image you'd like to display again.
Click the vertical three dots on the image.
Click “Display in gallery”.
Note: Do not delete images from the Listivo® portal

Q: Will hiding an image delete it from my listing?
A: No, the image remains in your account and can still be downloaded or shared manually.
Q: Can I hide multiple images at once?
A: Images must be hidden individually by clicking the vertical three dots.
Q: Will hidden images show up on the property website?
A: No, hidden images will be excluded from both branded and unbranded versions of the property website.

Rearranging Images in a Listing Gallery
To update the image order in your listing gallery, follow these steps:
Click the Images section under Media.
Click the Rearrange button.
Click and drag any image to a new position in the gallery.
Drop it in the desired spot.
Click Save to confirm your updated order.
Adjust Image Sizes for Easier Viewing
Use the sliding tool at the top of the image grid to zoom in or out. This helps you better see your images to organize.
Creating Image Groups
To create image groups:
Click + Create groups.
Title the group (i.e. Living Room) and click Add. Once finished adding, click Create Groups.
Open each image group and Drag and Drop the images accordingly.
Click Save to finish

Q: What happens if I forget to save changes after rearranging?
A: Any changes made will be lost unless you click Save. Always confirm before navigating away.
Q: Can I rearrange images from my mobile device?
A: For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop when rearranging images.
Q: Is there a limit to how many images I can move at once?
A: There’s no strict limit, but selecting and moving too many images at once may slow down performance. It's best to move in smaller groups if you have a large number of images.
