Media Delivery

Learn typical delivery timelines for photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours, plus how staged delivery, rush requests, secondary use licensing, and exclusive copyright transfer work with Listivo® media.

Updated today

Listivo® is committed to delivering listing media as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining high quality standards across all deliverables. Delivery timelines may vary based on the media type, project complexity, editing requirements, and overall order volume.

In some cases, media may be delivered in stages rather than all at once. As each portion of the project becomes available, an email notification will be sent so completed deliverables can be accessed as soon as they are ready, rather than being delayed until the entire order is finished.

Photography

Edited photos are typically delivered within 24 hours after the appointment.

Videos

Generally delivered within 24 to 72 hours depending on complexity. Simple video projects may be completed within 24 hours, while more advanced deliverables such as cinematic tours or agent-led walkthrough videos may require additional editing time.

Floor plans

Usually delivered within 24 hours. More advanced floor plan products, including 3D floor plans or 3D video-based renderings from floor plans, may take longer due to additional processing and editing.

Virtual Tours

Tours such as Matterport, Zillow tours are typically delivered within 24 hours after the shoot or by the next business day. ListiVue tours and videos may take up to 3 business days to deliver due to the complexity of the media and the dual-deliverable production process.

Rush Delivery Requests

Customers with urgent deadlines should notify Listivo® as early as possible, either when placing the order or afterward by contacting the team. Rush delivery may be available depending on scheduling, project status, and editing capacity.

Additional rush fees may apply depending on how quickly the deliverables are needed. Any applicable rush charges will be confirmed before processing.

Secondary Use Licensing

If a new listing agent, property owner, buyer, or other authorized party wants to use previously created Listivo® media for a new marketing purpose, that use may be purchased as a secondary use license for 50% of the original service cost.

For example, if the original media package included real estate photography and aerial photos totaling $400, the secondary use license would be $200.

The customer is not required to purchase every media type captured at the property and may choose only the specific services they want, but each selected service must remain as a full line-item total. For example, the customer may choose to purchase only aerial photography and decline floor plans or a virtual tour.

Common examples of secondary use include:

• a new listing agent using media after taking over a listing

• a seller requesting that a new agent continue using previously created media

• a buyer of a furnished property wanting to use the media for Airbnb, vacation rental, or other short-term rental marketing

• interior designer or architect wants to use the media for their marketing purposes or other social portal

The secondary use license applies only to the specific media originally purchased and does not transfer copyright ownership. All media remains the intellectual property of Listivo® unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exclusive Use License and Copyright Transfer

Listivo® retains full copyright ownership of all media unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a customer wants exclusive use of the media together with a full transfer of copyright ownership, the fee is three times the total original invoice amount.

For example, if the original invoice total is $600, the fee for Exclusive Use and Transfer of Copyright Ownership would be $1,800.

This purchase must be approved by Listivo® and confirmed in writing. Until that agreement is fully executed and paid, all media remains the sole intellectual property of Listivo® and is provided only under the standard limited-use license
