Customers choose order forms based on their listings needs and preferences
Pricing varies based on the property specifications and whether we are capturing other media on site during the same appointment. Pricing is based on the property details entered on the previous tab, screen, or page, such as square footage and acreage, so the quoted price should accurately reflect the scope of media being requested.
Services and Deliverable Grouping:
Our services are organized into groups using conditional logic. Some services require an appointment at the subject property, while others are virtual and do not require a site visit.
These are separated into two groups to make the ordering process easier and to hide services that do not apply to the customer’s needs:
Main Products: These are primary services Listivo® offers on our order forms.
Add-On Products: These are additional services shown alongside main products to help customize an order. Many use conditional logic, so only relevant add-on options appear based on the customer’s selections.
Order Forms and when to use them:
Interior & Exterior » Real Estate
When to use: Use this order form for properties with structures when the customer needs interior media, or may need any combination of interior and exterior real estate media services. This is our most comprehensive order form and should be used for most standard real estate listings with built structures.
This form is best when media is needed inside a structure, or when the customer wants access to the full range of service options for an improved property.
Zillow Showcase
When to choose: Use this order form for properties with structures when the customer needs the required media for a Zillow Showcase listing. This comprehensive real estate order form is centered on the core services needed for Zillow Showcase, while also providing access to a full range of additional media options for properties that need more complete marketing deliverables.
Exterior Only » Structures
When to choose: Use this order form when a property has structures and only exterior media is needed. No interior media is requested or required. This simplified form is easier to navigate and is specifically designed for services performed outside, with options limited to exterior media only.
Some examples of when this form is used: This form may be used when a customer wants updated seasonal media, such as fall foliage or a summer refresh, or when they want additional or different exterior media beyond what was originally ordered.
Exterior Only » Land
When to choose: Use this order form when the property has no buildings or built structures and only exterior media is needed. This simplified form is easier to navigate and is designed specifically for vacant land, lots, parcels, or acreage without improvements, with options limited to exterior media only.
Virtual Services » Photo, Video, Staging, and/or Editing
When to choose: Use this order form when the customer needs virtual services that do not require an on-site appointment at the property. It is intended for customers outside of our appointment-based service markets and for customers who want to add virtual media services, such as photo editing, video editing, or virtual staging, to an order.
Note: If full interior or full acreage coverage is not needed, smaller size figures may be entered to match only the portion of the property that needs to be captured. This can lower the price and also reduce the scope of work the media provider is expected to complete.
To avoid confusion on site, customers should use the Special Requests section to explain why a smaller square footage or acreage amount was entered and to clarify what portion of the property should be captured.
Examples:
Only certain interior areas need to be reshot, such as a kitchen with repainted cabinets and the nearby rooms where those updates are visible, rather than the entire property. In that case, enter the approximate square footage of only the areas that need to be captured.
The property may be 150 acres in total, but if only the area immediately surrounding the home needs to be captured for a short-term rental or Airbnb listing, enter the approximate acreage of just that portion, such as 1 acre.
The property is 20 acres, but the customer chooses media coverage of only 5 acres to reduce cost because they feel that area is sufficient to market the property.
If the home has a large unfinished basement that does not need to be media capture, enter only the square footage of the finished areas that require media coverage.
